Reading of Centennial Prayer
by Jerry Bott sent to us by former active member and teaching pro Frank Valeriano who now lives in Bozeman, Montana. When he lived in town he was the Pastor of the Grace Bible Church in Pompton Plains.

Presentation of flowers
to club by Barbara Berg, wife of Tom Berg and daughter in law of Fisher Berg who lived directly across the street from our club on Sherman Ave.

Recital of a Centennial Poem
written by Dr. Gillian Hettinger, former active member and now honorary member delivered by her husband Norman Hettinger who was the webmaster of our club’s first website.

Ed Englebart,
our township historian who also is a member of the Pequannock Township Historic Commission and oversees the Pequannock Township Museum at the old Pompton Plains TrainStation.

If you haven’t visited it you will see exhibits, pictures and articles about our club which is the oldest organization in the township.

Melissa Florance Lynch,
a councilwoman and currently our Mayor will give a short talk.

Jocelyn Cruz,
a USTA Eastern Service Representative for the New Jersey Region, will present our club with an award commenorating our 100 years.

Dedication and raising of a special Centennial Flag
by Pat Baccarella a longtime active member.

A champagne toast
by Gerry Cetrillo, our entertainment chairman for today’s event.

Notes : a special thanks to Mr. Bill Allen of NJ Action Sports who is providing media coverage of our 100th anniversary celebration.

Bob Reich and Dan McElwreath will welcome invited guests and speakers.

John Griffin will distribute engraved coffee mugs to each guest and family member to mark this special occasion.
